Processing by galvanometer scanning, mainly include: QBH collimation module / beam expander, galvanometer system, F-theta scan lens, in which QBH collimation module / beam expander realizes shaping of light source (diverging parallel or small spot becomes large spot), the galvanometer system realizes beam .
